WHAT: MayorNutter will sign two executive orders aimed at enhancing the public’strust in the City’s law enforcement public servants.
In addition, Mayor Nutterwill announce the Bailey Class Action Lawsuit settlement that will change the way the Philadelphia Police Department monitors, reviews and auditspedestrian detentions. One of the executive orders will contribute to the aims of the settlement.
