Police are looking for two gunmen who robbed the Mann Music Center of $120,000 on Friday afternoon.
The holdup happened around 12:00 p.m. at the facility located at 5201 Parkside Avenue in Philadelphia’s Fairmount Park.
In a statement from the Mann Center, president Catherine Cahill said the men stole the money from the offices of Wolfgang Puck Catering, which operates on the premises.
No injuries were reported.
The suspects fled in a vehicle, possibly a light blue mini van, toward Belmont Avenue.
According the website for the Mann Music Center, the most recent show was on Wednesday night.
The band “Death Cab for Cutie” is scheduled to perform Friday night. Cahill said the Mann would be open and ready for the show.
