Young Buck was charged yesterday with being a convicted felon in possession of a .40 caliber pistol and ammunition. He is facing up to ten years in jail.
Prosecutors unsealed the indictment yesterday which was for an incident that near the time that the former G-Unit rapper’s home was raided by the Feds over a tax dispute.
Young Buck has pleaded not guilty to the gun possession charge and is currently out on bail. Due to a previous conviction for an incident at the 2004 Vibe Awards when Young Buck stabbed a man who punched Dr. Dre, the gun possession charge can land Young Buck in jail for ten years.
