PRINCE aka Prince Rogers Nelson aka *insert unpronounceable symbol* aka “The Artist Formerly Known as Prince”… Musician, multi-instrumentalist, arranger, composer, songwriter, record producer, and actor! Prince is reported to have written more than one thousand songs, some of which have been released by Prince under pseudonyms or recorded and released by other artists.[citation needed] Prince also has hundreds of unreleased songs in his “vault”. He has won seven Grammy Awards, a Golden Globe, and an Academy Award. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2004, the first year he was eligible. At 19 years old, Prince released his 1st album “For You.” The album was written and performed by Prince, where he produced, arranged, composed and played all 27 instruments on the recording.
