A tribute celebrating the life of Michael Jackson is set to open in London’s West End Thursday at the Lyric Theatre, which is currently showing the musical “Thriller Live!”

A plaque honoring the late singer will be unveiled during the service, and the cast of “Thriller Live,” which is based on Michael’s music and life, will perform “Speechless,” a song originally recorded by Michael and due for release later this month.

Adrian Grant, executive director of “Thriller Live!,” said: “The sentiment behind the song, and what it now means to me in Michael’s passing, truly reflects the emotions one feels due to his loss – those of sadness, but also remembering the joy he gave the world as we celebrate his life.”

Last year’s “Britain’s Got Talent” winners Diversity are expected to attend as well. The group was signed up to support the King of Pop for 10 nights of his 50 date “This Is It” tour – which was due to run at London’s O2 arena last year.
