First of all the city has been practically bought by Oil Sheiks from the Middle East in an attempt to suppress Free Speech. I would guess these Sheiks have spent somewhere in the neighborhood of 40 Trillion Dollars for Political Purposes and Control of this matter.
Tell the Political Aldermen supporting the U.S. Constitution to be on guard for division in rank and file positions such as Senators and House of Rep Members from California, Illinois, Michigan and Texas. This State is claiming to be Independant based on finances flowing in under the table. I caution you not to accept open beverages or containers in chambers when meeting with these politicians. Remember Senator Tim Johnson of South Dakota. In fact contact Tom Daschel for a debriefing of these matters he will bring you up to speed.
This is part of the reasoning Barack was elected. 25 Trillion was given to Illinois a few years before the election and they are now trying to divy that loot. The moneys were given to promote division and to cover for Fluids they were taking from my loins during the process of this calamity.

Please do not accept any ill gotten wealth from outside sources because The government has Homeland Security on this case to harass and falsely imprison persons who recieve these funds claiming they are associated with the Alqueda Terrorist Network. This is a Joint and Several Strategy by the Executive Office, DOD, NSA and CIA to Regulate this situation under the guise of Terrorist Activity. These foreigners think they own because The Bush and Clinton Familys have tried to sell me. The Clinton have managed to get right back in to the thick of things. Which brings me to my next question. Did Hillary Clinton and Clarence Thomas attend the same Law School? DNA Test. Conspiracy, Anarchy, Despotism.
Once again Philadelphia I caution you to beware of an Invasion from Great Britian they are trying to regulate American Politics. Get a debriefing from your Senators of what the Health Care Bill and Financial Bailout is really all about.
